ANSWER
MassLynx is now supported on:
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise Long Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) 2024 on Waters Lenovo P5 6 core and 12 core PCs (only).
Win 11 LTSC 2024 is only supported on Waters Supplied P6 6 core and P6 12 core PCs with MassLynx SCN 1050 and subsequent versions.
Windows 10 Long Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) 2021 (Win 10, v 21H2) on P5, P520, P720 and 700 Micro* computers for MassLynx (and Progenesis)
Win 10 LTSC 2021 is only supported on a Water-supplied P520 or P720 with MassLynx 4.2 SCN 1043 and subsequent versions. (Or Optiplex 7000 Micro Computer for QDa and RADIAN ASAP only.)
Windows 10 Long Term Servicing Branch (LTSB) 1607 on P520, P720 and 700 Micro* computers for MassLynx (and Progenesis) but not on P5 computers.
