ANSWER

A stand-alone TargetLynx Browser is available within the Applications\TargetLynx folder on the MassLynx software change note (SCN) media DVD, subject to the end user purchasing sufficient TargetLynx Application Manager licenses (via a keydisk) to activate this option.

Each browser license is specific to a single installation of the TargetLynx Browser. A browser license may be transferred to another installation only if it is first removed from the workstation on which it is currently installed. Additional licenses can be purchased through Waters.
