Error: Service Due message - WKB20308

SYMPTOMS

• Console displays TQD service due
• No other errors in console logs
• System ran fine previously

CAUSE

The date entered for the last PM was over one year ago.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Disable the service due entry. In the console, do the following:

1. Select the MS instrument in the left pane.
2. Select Intellistart > Configuration.
3. Clear the Service due entry check box.
4. Click OK to clear the error message.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Note: For the QDa Mass Detector, the option from the MS Console is Configure > Health Monitor Configuration.
