ANSWER
When the "server busy" error appears:
In Windows 7
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
In the Applications tab, right-click the Server Busy task.
Select "Go To Process".
This takes you to the Process tab and highlights the process triggering the error.
In Windows 10
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
In the "Processes" tab, right-click the Server Busy task
Select "Go To Details".
This takes you to the Details tab and highlights the process that is triggering the error.
