Check the accurate mass values used by MassLynx to perform instrument calibration.

PROCEDURE

1. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the MassLynx folder on the C Drive.
2. Open the Ref folder.
3. Open the specific reference file for the calibration solution you are using (for example, NaFormate.ref for sodium formate).
4. The file contains a list of all the reference peaks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You can use Notepad.exe to read the .ref files.
