"MassLynx Status file not updated" error when starting a run in Chronos with HDX-2 - WKB15510

SYMPTOMS

• Error message appears when starting a run in Chronos:
  • "An error occurred during the schedule execution. MassLynx Status file not updated in 4327 s"

ENVIRONMENT

• HDX-2
• MassLynx
• Chronos

CAUSE

MassLynx was reinstalled.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. From MassLynx, select Tools > Options.
2. In the Options dialog box, change the MassLynx "Refresh rate" from the default of 60 seconds to 2 seconds.
