ANSWER

There are two ways to install the program. First, it can be selected as application manager to be included in the main MassLynx program. This option can be selected during the MassLynx installation and requires a key disc to unlock it. 

The second option is to install just the TargetLynx browser (useful in viewing the TargetLynx results file on a separate PC). For steps on how to install this as a browser, see article #95242.
