Empower 3: "Error copying from project <previously used project>" - WKB93676

SYMPTOMS

• When select a project with the full audit trail configured as the copy source and create a new project,
  "Error copying from project <previously used project>" appears and the new project cannot be created
• “Available tablespace below minimum level%s to continue copying” displays in the Message Center

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR4

CAUSE

The table space quota for the new project is smaller than the copy source project

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Set the table space quota of the new project to be the same as or larger than the copy source project

2. Perform a shallow copy when creating a new project
