The 7697 control panel is blank on the Run Samples screen through Citrix and Empower - WKB7872

SYMPTOMS

• The 7697A control panel is blank in the Run Samples screen when accessing system through Citrix
• The 7697A control panel is normal in the Run Samples screen when accessing system directly through the LAC/E

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise, Citrix Service Release 1
• Agilent 7697A headspace sampler
• Headspace Control Option 3.0

CAUSE

Feature release or service release on the Citrix Application Server is not at the minimum for Headspace Control Option 3.0. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Upgrade to Empower 3 Service Release 2 Hotfix 1.
