SYMPTOMS
- Cannot monitor the baseline, but no errors observed
- Can make an injection without issue
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 SR2 HF1 Enterprise
- Citrix
- Agilent GC 7890A
- Agilent Headspace G1888
- Agilent GC ICS v2.5
- Waters Headspace Control Option v2.0 and v3.0
CAUSE
The Citrix server has Headspace control option v3.0, but the LAC/E has Headspace control option v2.0.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Install the matching ICS.
