Cannot see the USP plate counts and USP tailing fields using Empower - WKB5981

SYMPTOMS

• USP plate counts and USP tailing fields missing in the review window 
• Only one project having issue
• System suitability option is installed

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE

System Suitability option not enabled for specific project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Enable the System Suitability option. To do this, follow these steps or see article 670.
2. Log in to Empower.
3. Click on Configure the system.
4. Highlight the project, right-click, and click Properties.
5. For Enabled Options, select System Suitability
6. Click OK.
7. Reprocess injections.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• System suitability option is a license that needs to be installed via the Waters Web Licensing wizard upon purchase.  
• If you do not see it in the "Installed Options", you do not have it. Confirm with your system admin or call Waters.
