- Installation of an Empower Quick Start (QS) license fails with the message "The Waters Licensing wizard could not activate licenses because the Empower base license was not activated"
ENVIRONMENT
- Any Empower 3 version prior to Empower 3 FR4 SR3
CAUSE
The Empower Quick Start and Empower Quick Start Network license is for Empower 3 SR3 and above.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Upgrade to Empower 3 SR3.
