Error: "Unable to continue" when trying to run a sample set in Empower 3 - WKB3412

SYMPTOMS
- When trying to run a sample set, the error "unable to continue" appears. It does not happen on single inject.
- Additional Oracle error seen: ORA-01536 space quota exceeded for tablespace "project name" in the Empower Message center.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Low project tablespace
FIX or WORKAROUND
- As an Empower admin, use Configure the System/Project properties to increase project quota.
- Project needs to have at least 10 MB free in order to store data.
- Recommend increasing quota by another 50 MB minimum.
