ANSWER
In MassLynx, you can enable the System Pressure trace in the inlet method—go to Inlet method editor > Inlet > Data and select System Pressure.
In Empower, you can enable the System Pressure trace in the instrument method—open the IM editor, select solvent manager > Data and select System Pressure.
