Breeze 2 installation error - WKB1966

SYMPTOMS

• Error during installation of software - W_VISTA_NO_SP_EXIT
• Logged in as local admin

ENVIRONMENT

• Breeze 2 (not with Service Pack A)

CAUSE

Attempting to install Breeze 2 on Windows Vista, which is an unsupported operating system. Breeze 2 is supported on Windows Vista with Service Pack 1.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• Update operating system to Windows Vista with Service Pack 1.
• See the attached Breeze 2 installation guide (715001951) and release notes (716002721).
