SYMPTOMS
- Sample set contains different method sets
- Different instrument methods and different inlet temperature for blanks and standards/samples
- Inlet temperature takes more than 10 minutes to stabilize when cooling from 250 to 120 °C
- "Instrument Failure"

CAUSE
GC hardware is not reaching the set inlet temperature within 10 minutes. Oven temperature ramps also affect the stabilization of inlet temperature.
FIX or WORKAROUND
If using GC with ALS configuration, add "Equilibration" function after the blank injection.
