CAUSE
Empower custom field results are known to round incorrectly due to changes in Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable packages 14.24.28127 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable version 14.27.29016. Other versions may cause the issue as well.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Install a newer version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package, such as version 14.28.29325 or version 14.28.29914, which are known to correct this behavior.
