ANSWER
The "Waters PDF Generator" is no longer used in Empower 3 FR4, but it may appear as an available printer if a previous version of Empower is installed on the computer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- To avoid confusion, The Waters PDF Generator can be deleted from the printers in the control panel. It can't be used outside of Empower.
- The ConfigPDFDriver.bat file is no longer found in the Empower\Bin directory, and it is not applicable with the current tool for creating PDF files in Empower 3 FR4.
- For Empower 3 FR4 and above, must use printer "Waters Internal Queue -- Do Not Use" printer, review article WKB30545
