• Sample set won't move past the first injection in Empower
• After the first injection, the sample set won't continue

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Empower 2

CAUSE

The modules listed in the instrument method do not match the modules configured for the system in Empower.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Ensure that the modules in the instrument method match the modules configured for the system in Empower.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Using only one detector in systems with multiple detectors may require creation and use of multiple systems based on the instrument method.
