SYMPTOMS
- Run Samples window freezes when Equilibrate function is used
- When this occurs, must restart LAC/E to regain control
ENVIRONMENT
- Agilent LC 1100 system with valve(s) like G1158, G1159 or G1160
- Empower 3 FR2
- Agilent ICF 2.2 with ICF A.02.04
CAUSE
Use of valve or valves with Agilent LC causes Equilibrate issue. When valves are removed, Equilibrate runs okay.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Use Condition Column, instead of Equilibrate, at this time.
