Cannot alter a running sample set in Empower - WKB14505

SYMPTOMS
- In the Empower run sample screen, the "alter running samples" feature under Edit is unavailable.
- Necessary privilege to perform alter running samples function is available for the User Type.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Feature Release 3 (FR3)
CAUSE
Corrupted Sample Set method.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Create a new Sample Set method.
