SYMPTOMS

• The PDA control panel is missing from the Empower Run Samples window
• IP addresses populate with correct information in DHCP when instrument is removed 
• Stand-alone ACQUITY Console shows "Communication Failure"

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector
• ACQUITY UPLC BSM

CAUSE

ICS corrupted

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use the Repair function within Deployment Manager (see WKB206867).
