- ACQUITY SQD system has software communications issues with trinitiy UI error
- The tune page becomes unresponsive
- Issue seen since upgrade to Windows 10
- Multiple systems affected
- Seems to be a random occurrence
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY SQD system
- Empower
- Windows 10
CAUSE
User is accessing the acquisition PC via remote desktop with a touch screen monitor.
Remote desktop use is not tested or supported for Empower use (see article WKB50809).
FIX or WORKAROUND
Disable the PC touchscreen as described in article WKB49433.
