Setting up the Edwards nXR120i pumps

A dual Edwards nXR120i backing pump configuration is now shipping with SELECT SERIES Cyclic IMS systems. The dual pump configuration is equivalent to the Ebara EV-SA30 and Edwards nXL200i roots based pumps and consists of 2 x Edwards nXR120i roots backing pumps.

The Edwards nXR120i dual pump configuration has been evaluated as an alternative to the Ebara EV- SA30 and Edwards nXI200i. This change has been implemented due to shortages of the Ebara EV-SA30 and Edwards nXL200i. The following backing pump configurations will ship depending on availability;

• Edwards Dual Pump 2 x nXR120i
• Ebara EV-SA30
• Edwards nXL200i
