FractionLynx Collection Control error will not clear - WKB97455

SYMPTOMS

• Error from system puts Collection Control in error state
• After error cleared, cannot clear error in Collection Control by re-activating
• Queue in MassLynx is paused and cannot be un-paused

ENVIRONMENT

• FractionLynx
• MassLynx

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Deactivate Collection Control.
2. Exit Collection Control (use the File drop-down Exit instead of closing the window, which hides the window).
3. Reopen Collection Control.
4. Activate Collection Control.
