SYMPTOMS
- Error appears when opening the inlet editor
ENVIRONMENT
- 2767 Sample Manager
- MassLynx 4.1
CAUSE
Communication problem
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Confirm that the cable from the PC to the 2767 is secure.
- Reset the 2767 through the inlet editor (select Waters 2767 > Reset Communications).
- Exit MassLynx, and then cycle power on the 2767.
