CAUSE

Clogged sample probe—the wash pass valve malfunctioned due to high pressure when expelling liquid from the syringe.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Replace the wash pass valve (700002120).
  2. Select Waters 2767 > Prime System in Inlet Editor and confirm that there is no leakage in the flow path and no head space in the syringe.
