CAUSE
Clogged sample probe—the wash pass valve malfunctioned due to high pressure when expelling liquid from the syringe.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the wash pass valve (700002120).
- Select Waters 2767 > Prime System in Inlet Editor and confirm that there is no leakage in the flow path and no head space in the syringe.
