CAUSE
Dirty flow cell
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Flush the flow cell with 70:20 H20:Phosphoric acid using 100uL syringe, repeat this 5 times over 20mins.
- Now do the sample but use IPA.
- Finally flush flowcell with 100% H20.
- Sample erergy and baseline now much improved.
