Run Samples blank in Empower for Agilent systems - WKB206530

SYMPTOMS

• When connecting Agilent systems to Empower, Run Samples is blank, showing only gray panels
• DCOM settings correct per WKB121320 
• .NET Framework settings correct per WKB48362

ENVIRONMENT

• Windows 10
• Agilent ICF
• Empower 3

CAUSE

Drivers were incorrectly installed and not fully deployed.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Move drivers from shared drive to local desktop and install ICF.
2. Check add/remove programs to ensure that all drivers have deployed after installation.
