SYMPTOMS

• Error "Impossible to find [domino] xxx.xxxx in bench position x":
  

ENVIRONMENT

• Andrew+
• OneLab

CAUSE

• The domino is not well aligned.
• The domino is turned around (the domino's Data Matrix is not visible from the user location).
• The waste tray is not installed/aligned correctly.
• Other dominos are incorrectly located; thus, other dominos were also situated incorrectly.
• The domino's Data Matrix and/or ArUco codes are not visible and/or damaged.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove all dominos.
2. Remove the waste tray.
3. Reinstall the waste tray.
4. Reinstall the dominos.
5. Ensure that you can see the domino's Data Matrix from your location.
6. Ensure that the domino's magnets are engaged with Andrew+ and other dominos.
7. If the issue persists, ensure that the domino's Data Matrix and ArUco codes are visible and undamaged.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This could occur for any domino type and any position.
The dominos can appear correctly aligned when they are not.
