FIX or WORKAROUND
- go to Empower > Configure the System > Systems > Bring the GC system 'Offline'
- Power-off the GC system.
- Restart the PC.
- Log into Windows.
- Power-on the GC system.
- go to Empower > Configure the System > Systems > Bring the GC system 'Online'
