ANSWER

Only the instruments listed in the Environment section of this article support use of the UniSpray source. 

UniSpray is NOT supported with ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector, SYNAPT G2-Si, Xevo G2 ToF, Xevo G2 QToF, or Xevo TQ-GC. There are no installation or performance specifications for UniSpray with these instruments.

UniSpray is not officially supported for the SYNAPT XS. It works, but the UniSpray source is not automatically recognized. You must use the "capillary" voltage slider to control the impactor voltage. In reports, the impactor voltage remains labeled as ESI voltage, and all spectra will be labeled ESI instead of UniSpray.
