Know when to put an LCT or Q-Tof PREMIER into Operate mode.
ENVIRONMENT
- LCT PREMIER
- Q-Tof PREMIER
- MassLynx 4.1
PROCEDURE
- Start the pump-down via Tune page > Vacuum > Pump.
- Wait at least one hour.
- Ensure that the Tof vacuum is less than or equal to 1.2 e-6 mbar.
- Put the instrument into Operate mode.
- Condition the MCPs.
