No signal from the DESI source - WKB86908

SYMPTOMS

• No signal or low signal from the DESI source on red or black markers
• Small amount of LeuEnk signal may be visible from spray
• ESI Signal OK
• Noise observed on the Tune page
• Voltage readbacks appear correct
• No or little erosion of the Sharpie pen marks

CAUSE

Blocked sprayer tip

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Rebuild the DESI sprayer, replacing the tip.

   2. Prosolia DESI sprayer - Taper tip emitter 5 pack - part number 700010778

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

DESI XS HP sprayer emitter cartridge can be sonicated to attempt to clean emitter tip. This can damage the tip, but may restore some signal as a troubleshooting measure.
