No plates are visible in the MassLynx Plate Generator - WKB86848

SYMPTOMS

• No plates are visible when the Plate Generator is opened from the Inlet Editor (see image in Additional Information)

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

The Plates folder has been moved, renamed, or deleted from the MassLynx folder on the C drive.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close MassLynx and its associated windows.
2. Locate the Plates folder and reinstate it to the correct location in the MassLynx root directory
   C:\MassLynx\Plates
3. Open MassLynx and ensure that the expected plates are available in the Plate Generator.
