PROCEDURE
When using ESCi, perform the following.
- Connect the corona pin to the main body as described in your Overview and Maintenance Guide (links to SQ Detector 2 as example)
- Create an MS Tune file for ESCi.
Firstly try with the following parameters:
- Capillary voltage: 1.5 kV
- Corona current: 10 µA
- Desolvation temperature: 500℃
- Desolvation gas: 800L/hr
- Change the Source field on the Acquisition tab in MS Method to "API".(Only functions measured in APCI mode)
