Xevo TQ-S has analyzer vacuum failure - WKB85285

SYMPTOMS

• Instrument has not been used for several weeks
• MassLynx status shows "Analyzer vacuum failure"

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S
• MassLynx

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. From the Tune page, pump the system down.
2. Under "Vacuum", select "Pump".
3. Allow the system to pump down.
4. If the system does not pump down or if it continues to vent, contact Technical Service at 1-888-2WATERS.
