Yes, the source (nitrogen) exhaust line and vacuum pump exhaust line can exhausted to the same vent line.
The outlet of the two exhaust lines should be at least 0.5 m apart. If both exhaust lines go into the same trunk line in the wall or ceiling, the end of the vacuum pump exhaust line should extend at least 0.5 m beyond the end of the source (nitrogen) exhaust line.
