- When you attempt to use the camera through the MassLynx software, you see the following error message "The camera is not connected. Please connect the camera and try again."

FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close camera window and MassLynx software.
- Ensure A/V cable is connected from back of instrument through to USB socket on PC.
- Change USB socket that camera is connected to on PC.
- Reopen MassLynx and check camera functionality.
