How to set up Target Enhancement in MassLynx for ToF MRM - WKB80709

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Set up Target Enhancement to improve sensitivity for ToF MRM.

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-XS
• SYNAPT G2-Si
• SYNAPT XS

PROCEDURE

1. Follow the attached guide for Hints and Tips for Target Enhancement Setup SYNAPT G2-Si. (Setup is similar for the Xevo G2-XS.)
2. Use the attached Excel spreadsheet to work out the Coefficient and Offset for Target Enhancement.
3. Use the attached Experiment file (.exp) to determine if Target Enhancement optimization was successful. This will save time creating a method (only for Xevo G2-XS).
