SYMPTOMS
- Infused tuning solution and there was no beam
- All readbacks are fine, and solvent is flowing into the source
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo TQ-S micro
CAUSE
The probe needs to be rebuilt because the capillary is hanging an inch out of the probe.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Rebuild the probe.
