ANSWER
- Open the MS Tune page.
- Place the instrument into Standby mode and turn off all gases.
- Go to the Vacuum menu and select VENT or CANCEL PUMP. Wait for the pumps to turn off.
- Close MassLynx and the ACQUITY MS Console.
- Power-off the Xevo TQD.
- Power-down the PC.
