SYMPTOMS
- MassLynx status is "Queue is Paused"
- Instrument status is "Instrument Present"
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo TQ-S micro
- MassLynx 4.2
CAUSE
Communication issue between MassLynx and the EPC
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close MassLynx and the ACQUITY Console.
- Push the EPC reset button on the front of the Xevo TQ-S micro.
- Wait for the Operate light to go from RED to OFF.
