No communications with Quattro Micro - WKB68061

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot establish communications with Quattro Micro (or any mass spec)
  • No communications with EPC through Telnet.
  • Restarting the EPC via the reset button does not resolve the issue.

CAUSE

Network cable unplugged from the back of the instrument.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Plug the network cable back in.
2. Restart the EPC.
