SQ Detector 2 fails source pressure test - WKB66909

SYMPTOMS

• Source pressure test failure
• System was vented to change vacuum pump oil
• System pumped down, turbo speed 100%
• Opening and closing source housing to rerun test does not resolve
• Recently had issue with exhaust tubing becoming disconnected
• Reconnecting tubing resolves original issue
• Exhaust tubing found to be connected

ENVIRONMENT

• SQ Detector 2

CAUSE

Likely issue is leak in exhaust tubing or failed valve on trap bottle.

FIX or WORKAROUND

On Tune page, go to Gas > Override Source Pressure Test.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Note: Customer was looking for workaround to run samples right away. Replacement of valve, tubing, or fittings may be required.
