- No beam is seen in UNIFI

- UNIFI workstation
CAUSE
Air in the fluidics lines
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Perform additional purges of the syringe.
- Perform instrument setup once the air is removed from the lines and a beam is seen.
- Ensure peek tubing is submerged in calibrant
