When changing display columns, the UNIFI Portal becomes unresponsive - WKB52372

SYMPTOMS

  • In Investigate or Review, selecting Acquisition Start Time as a display column for the Injections table causes the UNIFI Portal to become unresponsive

ENVIRONMENT

  • UNIFI 1.9.4 (1.9 Service Release 4)

CAUSE

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use Windows Task Manager to close the UNIFI Portal, and then open another Portal session to continue working on the analysis.
