Fault in the waste trap causes source pressure test fails - WKB49439

SYMPTOMS

• The source pressure test fails
• The system reaches +200 mBar shortly after the test starts
• An exhaust problem warning is triggered
• The source pressure test fails after opening and closing the source enclosure
• A new source enclosure O-ring does not resolve the issue

CAUSE

A fault in the waste trap bottle assembly caused the exhaust solenoid valve to permanently shut, causing a blockage in the source exhaust system and resulting in the high pressures observed with gases on.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the Bottle Waste Trap Assembly (700004606).
