- The source pressure test fails
- The system reaches +200 mBar shortly after the test starts
- An exhaust problem warning is triggered
- The source pressure test fails after opening and closing the source enclosure
- A new source enclosure O-ring does not resolve the issue

CAUSE
A fault in the waste trap bottle assembly caused the exhaust solenoid valve to permanently shut, causing a blockage in the source exhaust system and resulting in the high pressures observed with gases on.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the Bottle Waste Trap Assembly (700004606).
