SYMPTOMS

• "Stopped - Select purge to recover" error message appears in fluidics progress bar
• Health status shows leak detected

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-XS

CAUSE

Leak sensor of the MS fluidics detected a leak.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Inspect for leaks around the leak tray. 
2. Tighten loose fittings and repair any leaks.
3. Dry out the tray and the leak sensor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The instrument can be purged when the leak detected health status has been resolved. If there is no leak, the leak sensor cable might not be properly plugged in, or it might be broken.
