Error on ACQUITY SQD2: Source Pressure Exhaust Warning/Trip - WKB29632

SYMPTOMS

• Error message on the console "Source Pressure Exhaust Warning / Trip"
• The MS will not go into Operate mode
• Tune page readbacks show a positive value, even with desolvation gas flow set to zero and API nitrogen gas switched off

ENVIRONMENT

• SQ Detector 2

CAUSE

Faulty source pressure sensor

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the source pressure sensor (700008947).
